An ERP's manufacturing module plans production ahead of time — work orders, bills of material, schedules. MES360 captures what actually happens at each station as it happens, and feeds confirmations back to the ERP. Neither needs to pretend to be the other; they're built to hand off.

Yes — MES360 supports Zebra hardware scanners out of the box, plus camera-based scanning on any Android device or web browser when dedicated hardware isn't available.

Yes. MES360 has a natural-language copilot for querying production data, vision-assisted defect detection for QA, predictive risk alerts for delivery and stockouts, and plain-language explanations for planning decisions. AI features are opt-in per factory and fail closed by default.

Most factories get a first line live within a few weeks — masters, routings, and station configs come first, then a pilot run before rolling out further. There's no big-bang cutover; paper and MES360 can run side by side while your team gets comfortable.

Operators are usually comfortable within an hour — station screens are built around scan-and-confirm actions, not data entry. Supervisors and QA need a bit more time on dashboards and sign-off workflows, but nobody needs to be technical to use it.

Yes — each factory has its own masters, routings, and users, while admins responsible for more than one plant can see rolled-up reporting across all of them from a single account.

The audit log is append-only — actions are never edited or deleted. If a measurement needs correcting, MES360 records a new entry linked to the original rather than overwriting it, so the history stays intact.

Tool calibration records in MES360 are built to serve as audit evidence for ISO 9001 Clause 7.1.5, with a calibration register exportable as CSV.

Yes — a failed measurement or a vision-flagged defect routes the unit into a rework loop automatically, and QA's disposition (rework, scrap, or use-as-is) has to be recorded before the unit can move on or ship.
